At the heart of it all: the egg – or as we lovingly call it in South Tyrol, the “Goggele.”
True to the motto: “Iatz gian mir af die Goggelen (let’s go for the eggs)!” this year we’re dedicating ourselves to the many delicious and versatile egg-based dishes.
